WISHING YOU A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR
I HOPE 2008 IS FILLED WITH GREAT TIMES, GOOD HEALTH, HAPPINESS AND LOTS OF FUN SPENT WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
My Christmas was spent with my Mum at Bowral and we had a lovely time with my brother, John, and his family. Sorry I didn't get around to sending out Christmas cards but I do have very good intentions to contact each one of you in the near future. January is already filled with Bec, Ellen and Robert arriving in a weeks time for a fortnight, I just hope the rain stops. New Year in Byron was a soaking time and I spent the night with Katie, Marc,Rory, Brooke, Jason, Sid, Amy and Summer. Ben and Dylan braved the elements and goodness knows what else!! Jo arrives today for a few days, it will be lovely having her here for a bit of quality time. On the 19th January I am taking my family to the Outback Spectacular on the Gold Coast for a belated Christmas and early Birthday present for each of them, should be great fun.

2007 was a mixed bag for me with many highs and lows, having a big family is wonderful but certainly brings with it a multitude of emotions. 2008 seems to be shaping up well and I look forward to a great year. Last March I was fortunate to go to China, a country and culture I have wanted to experience for a long time. I also went to New Zealand and enjoyed that lovely country too. This year I am off to Europe and the UK/Ireland for 8 weeks leaving in March and back in May, my travelling companions on these trips are John, Rae and Helen and we have a wow of a time, it's hard for John to keep we "girls" in line!!! All my grandys are doing well and growing up far too quickly the eldest is 19 and towers over me and the youngest is our darling boy, born last March to Griff and Penny, Robert Angus, Angus is a delight and we all just love him to bits. Well that just about does my news for now, I hope this email finds you all well and looking forward to a wonderful 2008. I look forward to seeing you soon.
